Its soooo chilly here today, a crisp 50ish degrees! I took all my coats to CO with me last time I went because who would think you need a winter coat here in FL... well on some days I guess you do! I LOVE CHILLY WEATHER!!! Since it was so chilly though, our time outside was limited. We took a quick ride around the block/neighborhood but I started to feel a little frost bitten so we didn't stay out too long. Haha. Don't worry, Eloah was way more bundled than I was so she was fine. Her cheeks were chilly though so I kissed them till they warmed up. She loves kisses!
We also took a trip to Hobby Lobby to get some christmas-y ribbon to make some new bows for the season!! (Check out www.etsy.com/shop/BebePIGGIES, we live in them!!)
I got a text from a friend today asking about life when Eloah was a wee little two months old... It made me think about what life was like. I think tomorrow will be a "what I wish I knew" post... I joked in the beginning that I was going to start an "It gets better" campaign for new moms because DAYYYUM its hard! I felt like I was never going to go anywhere for 18 years because I felt so out of control to what my sweet baby needed/wanted. Obviously, It GOT BETTER but it did take a little while! Those first few weeks are reallllly Hellish!!! Haha. Everyone is right though, you really do forget it and when you look back, it goes so quickly. Needless to say, either way, I'd do it all again for another Eloah.
